KEEN O2O Training จะเป็นการเทรนด์ทักษะหลากหลายผ่านระบบ Hybrid คือ เริ่มทำการเทรนด์ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ที่ใช้งานได้อย่างสะดวกรวดเร็ว หลังจากนั้นจะมีการจัด Workshop ทางออฟไลน์ เนื่องจากการวิจัยพบว่าการเรียนการสอนผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์เพียงอย่างเดียวไม่มีประสิทธิภาพเท่าการเรียนทางออฟไลน์ควบคู่ด้วย และเมื่อเทรนด์จบแล้วสามารถจัด Hackathon เพื่อทดสอบความรู้ และกระตุ้นพนักงานให้เกิดแรงผลักดันในการเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
