On 2nd February 2019, Keen Profile had a great opportunity from Teach for Thailand to collaborate in the Career Development 1-day Workshop conducted for Pridi Banomyong International College, Thammasat University.
The objective of this workshop is to help 3rd and 4th years student to understand the working world and the trend of career market as well as provide the guideline for students to decide their new path of life after graduation.
The workshop divided into self-discovery, understand working world, techniques to create a great resume and technique for the job interview.
In the self-discovery part, students had a chance to reflect themselves through the workshop process. After the section, students can identify their goal of life, which can be a guideline for them to decide their future.
Continue with understand working world, at Keen Profile we found that a lot of new graduate student select the job based on the job position name without considering job responsibilities and organizational working culture. According to this, we also found that person who considers only job position name has the potential to change job rapidly than a person who carefully considers job responsibility and working culture. Changing job rapidly and quite often will create job hopper profile in the future. To prevent this challenge, in this section, Keen Profile had provided the inside information and technique to seeking for the right job that fits with student strength.
Align with the above part, the session to create a great resume and technique for job interview also provided in this workshop. So, students can learn and practice the techniques to create a resume as well as for the job interview.
